Returns and Defects

As a consumer you are well protected within Europe. We are therefore obliged as a webshop to provide information about returns and the right of withdrawal on our website.

Intimate time puts customer satisfaction as the highest priority. If you have any questions or complaints, please always contact us via our email address or via our telephone number or whatsapp 06-23444714. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product turns out to be defective upon receipt or after using the product a few times. We use the following guideline:

  • Read the user manual carefully.
  • Check whether the product is charged or, if batteries are present, the batteries are installed correctly.

  • Upon receipt, the product will be viewed by us.
  • In the event of a defect, you will be offered a suitable solution. This can be sending a replacement product or your money back.
  • If the product appears to work properly (because, for example, the batteries are not properly installed or because the manual has not been read properly), we ask you to first pay the shipping costs before the product is sent to you again. (Unfortunately, we have had to draw up this strict return policy, because we regularly receive products that appear to work).

Of course it is possible that when you open your delivered package you are not completely happy with the choices you (or your partner) have made.

According to the new consumer law you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This right also applies to our products on offer. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs in the same way the payment was made. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
